FBR Capital maintains an 'Outperform' on SolarWinds (NYSE: SWI), PT $26.
FBR analyst says, "Last week, we visited investors with CFO Michael Berry and Director of Investor Relations Dave Hafner. Management remains very positive on its greenfield market opportunity as the company is finding success on the heels of a number of organic and acquisitive (Tek-Tools, Hyper9) growth initiatives. The combination of a broad product portfolio, compelling pricing model, and ease of use has put SolarWinds in the driver’s seat to attack the growing network management opportunity from small businesses to large enterprises/governments, in our opinion. Management continues to feel comfortable that it has fixed its execution issues in the field, a dynamic that has been evidenced by the company’s strong results over the past few quarters. To this point, we are hearing of good momentum on the commercial front, as our recent conversations with customers have shown high interest within enterprises for the company’s newly released APM solution as well as the company’s other core solutions in both SMB and large enterprises."
