Unusual 11 Mid-Day Movers 06/13: (TBL) (MFW) (GRB) Higher; (AXK) (AOI) (ABR) Lower

The Timberland Company (NYSE: TBL) 42.5% HIGHER; V.F. Corporation reported that it entered into a definitive agreement to acquire the company for $43 per share, or $2 billion net of cash acquired.

M & F Worldwide Corp. (NYSE: MFW) 41.9% HIGHER; MacAndrews & Forbes Holdings proposed to acquire the remaining share of the company not current owned for $24.00 per share in cash.

Gerber Scientific, Inc. (NYSE: GRB) 35.7% HIGHER; entered a merger agreement with with Vector Knife Holdings and Knife Merger Sub, Inc. to be acquired for $11.00 per share in cash. In addition the company has the right to receive contingent cash consideration payments at future times if recoveries are obtained in connection with certain claims for infringement of a Company patent covering computerized cut to print technology.

EMS Technologies (Nasdaq: ELMG) 32.5% HIGHER; Honeywell (NYSE: HON) to acquire EMS for $33 per share in cash. The total deal is valued at $491 million.

Boingo Wireless (Nasdaq: WIFI) 19.4% HIGHER; initiated by several firms today. Deutsche Bank started with a Buy rating, and William Blair, Pacific Crest, and Credit Suisse started its at Outperform.

Graham Packaging Company Inc. (NYSE: GRM) 17.9% HIGHER; announced it has received an unsolicited proposal from a third party to acquire all of the shares of Graham Packaging for $25 per share in cash.

Accelr8 Technology Corp. (AMEX: AXK) 15.3% LOWER; pulling back following a rapid rise late last week. Acceler8 said its policy wasn't to comment on unusual market activity. Last Thursday, shares closed over 14 percent better on strong revenue, and was able to hold that level through Friday. The stock is flirting with the $6 level today.

Alliance One International, Inc. (NYSE: AOI) 14.8% LOWER; reported FY11 loss of $0.81, versus EPS of $0.89 reported for the same period a year ago. Revenue for the quarter was $2.09 billion, compared to $2.31 billion in Q110.

Arbor Realty Trust (NYSE: ABR) 14.5% LOWER; seems to be falling below the 200-day smooth moving average today. The stock also appeared to be consolidating around the $5 level. Volume is very heavy today.

Yuhe International (Nasdaq: YUII) 13.7% LOWER; the stock is continuing lower following a 9 percent rise on Friday. Prior to Friday's correction, the stock had been down more than 20 percent last week.

E-Commerce China Dangdang (NYSE: DANG) 12.9% LOWER; Chinese internet stocks remain under pressure following recent scrutiny of reverse takeovers. DANG shares have not closed in positive territory since May 20th. Over this span, the stock has pushed from over $20 to now under $12.
