Middlesex Water Company (NASDAQ: MSEX) has announced that its DE affiliate, Tidewater Environmental Services, Inc. (TESI), has acquired its seventh wastewater treatment facility. This facility serves The Ridings community, a relatively new 75 lot development located in Lewes, Delaware.
"Based on the proximity of The Ridings to our TUI and TESI facilities, we expect that this acquisition will result in operational efficiencies from which our customers will benefit," said Gerard L. Esposito, President of Tidewater Environmental Services.
