Nomura Securities reiterates a 'Buy' on Comcast Corp (NASDAQ: CMCSA), PT $32.

Nomura analyst, Mike McCormack, said, "Last night, Comcast's consolidated NBCU joint venture announced finalized terms for the purchase of the previously un-owned 50% stake of UCDP from Blackstone. The purchase price of $1.025bn is at the low end of our estimated 6-8x valuation range. We are encouraged by the purchase terms, as we believe the deal should be more accretive than originally estimated."
