Goldman Sachs upgraded Xilinx (NASDAQ: XLNX) from Sell to Neutral and raised their price target from $25 to $33.

The firm said PLD are nearly in line with normalized levels and they no longer see a negative catalyst to warrant their Sell rating.

The firm raised FY12-FY14 estimates to $2.15/$2.30/$2.50 from $1.90/$2.00/$2.15 to account for their less cautious fundamental outlook.
