Rambus Inc. (Nasdaq: RMBS), has completed the acquisition of Cryptography Research, Inc.
The deal was made for for $167.5 million in cash, approximately 6.4 million newly issued shares of Rambus stock, and $50 million payable to CRI employees in cash or stock over three years.
Rambus estimates that on a non-GAAP basis, this acquisition will be accretive to earnings per share in FY13.
