DA Davidson is reiterating its Buy rating on shares of Nu Skin Enterprises (NYSE: NUS) and is raising its price target from $41 to $46 on following talks with the company today, June 3, 2011.

The company has reported 34 percent, 37 percent, and 47 percent year-over-year growth for the last three quarters in China. Its strong pipeline, combined with its new regional headquarters and new provincial licenses announced last month, leave the company a lot of room ahead for growth.

NUS noted that it is strategically re-thinking its locations and may be moving its production to South East Asia as it would save the company around $10 million in import duties. The company is also looking at re-designing its products through its 6S Quality Process which emphasizes selection, sourcing, structure, standardization, safety and substantiation as key manufacturing touchstones.

The firms current FY11 and FY12 EPS estimates are $2.40 and $2.75.
