An analyst at Citi downgraded shares of Allstate (NYSE: ALL) from Buy to Hold Friday morning. The analyst also reduced the firm's price target on the stock from $37 to $36.

Allstate shares are now down about 2.6 percent in pre-market action. With the stock last trading at $30.10, Citi's new, reduced price target still suggests potential upside of about 20 percent.
