Barclays maintains an 'Overweight' on Jones Lang LaSalle (NYSE: JLL), PT $112.

Barclays analyst says, "We are lowering our FY2011 AEPS estimate to $4.62, from $4.98, but raising our 2012 estimate to $6.40, from $6.35. Our model includes $27.8 million ($0.62ps) of retention and integration costs in 2011 and $19.0 million ($0.43ps) in 2012, in addition to the $319 million purchase price. King Sturge generates roughly $259 million of annual revenue with an operating margin north of 10%."
