Wedbush reiterates an 'Outperform' on Travelzoo (NASDAQ: TZOO), PT $107.

Wedbush analyst says, "After a decline in April, May Local Deals grew strongly as cities rollout was large, which should bode well for continued growth in June. The company added 27 cities during the month reaching a total of 90 (39 in U.S. and 51 international), and is up from 43 at the end of March...We believe the market opportunity for Local Deals is large despite competition (even with new entrants like Facebook) and believe Local Deals can be in over 100 cities soon."

"Despite high valuation and recent volatility and weakness with share price, we remain positive on Travelzoo as we believe the company’s growth prospects remains very high...We believe recent and potential share sale by Ralph Bartel (founder and controlling shareholder who owns 10 million shares or 60% of shares outstanding) will have minimal impact longer term."
