FBR Capital maintains a 'Market Perform' on Corporate Office Properties Trust (NYSE: OFC), PT $35.50.
FBR analyst said, "We are maintaining our price target and our rating on
shares of Corporate Office Properties (OFC), "COPT," following the recent equity offering. On May 25, COPT completed a common equity offering of 4.6 million shares at $33.00 per share, netting about $145.7 million in proceeds, prior to offering expenses."
"We are revising our FY 2011, 2012, 2013, and 2014 FFO per share estimates to $1.36, $2.45, $3.07, and $3.70, respectively, to reflect the recent equity issuance offset by our withdrawal of convertible debt issuance assumptions."
