HCC Insurance Holdings, Inc. (NYSE: HCC) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.145 per share, or $0.58 annualized.

The dividend will be payable on July 15, 2011, to stockholders of record on July 1, 2011, with an ex-dividend date of June 29, 2011.
