Keefe, Bruyette & Woods upgraded Education Realty Trust (NYSE: EDR) from Market Perform to Outperform.

KBW analyst says, "Our upgrade thesis is predicated on our expectation that the prevailing significant valuation gap to its peers will narrow as the market recognizes and more appropriately values EDR's dramatically improved corporate profile and compelling near-term internal and external growth outlook. Upping NAV to $9.50 and PT to $10.00/sh (both were $9.00)."
