UBS (UBS) CEO Says Bank Not in Talks on Reincorporation Outside of Switzerland; Won't Spin-Off Investment Banking Unit

UBS (NYSE: UBS) CEO Oswald Gruebel, in an interview with Bloomberg, said the company is not in talks for reincorporation outside of Switzerland. UBS has no plans to split-off or spin-off its investment banking unit.
