FBR Capital maintains a 'Market Perform' on HEICO (NYSE: HEI), PT increased from $50 to $52.
FBR analyst says, "Our thesis is that as order flow and backlog improve over the back half of the company’s fiscal year, we will get more insight into FY2011 operating expectations, which, depending on the rate of increase, could act as a catalyst for the stock. We think that the aftermarket growth will start to improve incrementally as we head further into CY2011 and that HEICO is one of the names best positioned to take advantage of this growth. Having said that, we think that OEM-focused names will perform better on a relative basis as long as oil remains high. From an industry perspective, traffic and capacity have risen consistently over the past several months, leading us to believe that planes are being used more and more heavily as airlines try to keep up with demand. This is a positive trend, specifically for aftermarket-focused names."
"We are increasing our revenue expectations for 2011 from $716.7M to $732.4M and our EPS from $1.60 to $1.61. For 2012 we are increasing our top-line estimates from $740M to $757M and EPS from $1.72 to $1.75."
