JMS analyst says, "Kinder Morgan is among the largest and most diversified operators of midstream energy assets in North America. Kinder Morgan Energy Partners (NYSE: KMP) owns and operates more than 37,000 miles of pipeline and 180 terminals. Kinder Morgan Management, LLC (KMR) represents equivalent, institutional shares, or I-Shares, of KMP. No cash distribution is paid and no forms K-1 or 1099 are issued.
