UBS maintains a 'Neutral' on Kemet (NYSE: KEM), raises PT from $16 to $17.

UBS analyst says, "KEM had a strong finish to FY11 with Revs/EPS of $262m/$0.49 coming in ahead of consensus at $248m/$0.40 and UBSe $248m/$0.38. Revs declined 1% Q/Q vs. guidance of down 5-8%, primarily on strength in the core capacitor business...We believe there was likely some modest benefit from orders late in the Qtr relating to the Japan crisis."

"We adjust our model and now foresee FY12/FY13 Revs/EPS of $1.05b/$1.90 and $1.09/$2.13 vs. $1.02b/$1.98 and $1.076b/$2.13 prev. We est GM of 25.2%/26.8% vs. 26.7%/27.4% prev. as we foresee modest GM improvement rest of FY12."
