Dougherty & Co Upgrades Limelight Networks, Inc. (LLNW) to Neutral; Valuation Call

Dougherty & Co upgraded Limelight Networks, Inc. (NASDAQ: LLNW) from Sell to Neutral. PT $5.50.

Dougherty analyst says, "We continue to believe competitive pressures in the CDN market and lack of operating leverage possibilities with EyeWonder will make it difficult for the company to generate positive earnings in the foreseeable future. The lack of profitability will lead, we believe, to a continued weakening of the company’s balance sheet due to negative free cash flow. However, given the significant pull-back in valuation since February, and the now limited downside to our $5.50 price target."
