Shares of China Lodging Group (NASDAQ: HTHT) are falling in late-morning trade Wednesday following an intraday downgrade from an analyst at BofA Merrill.

The firm now rates China Lodging shares a Neutral, down from Buy previously, and sees the stock rising to $22.50 over the next year, down from a prior target of $23.30.

The downgrade follows Q1 results from China Lodging Tuesday afternoon.

China Lodging shares last traded at $21.26, down 4.7 percent for the session.
