Revenue for the quarter came in at $52.4 million versus the consensus estimate of $53.01 million. Sees Q2 2011 EPS of $0.09-$0.11, versus the consensus of $0.13. Also sees Q2 2011 revenue of $51-$53 million, versus the consensus of $54.39 million. Sees FY2011 EPS of $0.50-$0.57, versus the consensus of $0.54. Also sees FY2011 revenue of $215-$225 million, versus the consensus of $221.98 million.

Digital Ally Inc. (Nasdaq: DGLY) 20.9% LOWER; reports Q1 loss of $0.07, cents better than the analyst estimate of ($0.02). Revenue for the quarter came in at $4.7 million, versus the consensus estimate of $6 million.

Rovi Corporation (NASDAQ: ROVI) 18.1% HIGHER; reported Q1 EPS of $0.61, $0.10 better than the analyst estimate of $0.51. Revenue for the quarter came in at $195.4 million versus the consensus estimate of $188.09 million. Increases FY2011 EPS to $2.25 - $2.55, versus the consensus of $2.38.

Ener1, Inc. (NASDAQ: HEV) 18.4% LOWER; reported Q1 EPS of ($0.51), or a loss of 7 cents on an adjusted basis, inline with the analyst estimate of ($0.07). Revenue for the quarter came in at $23.1 million versus the consensus estimate of $26.76 million. The stock was also downgraded to Sell at Wunderlich.

STEC, Inc. (NASDAQ: STEC) 17.5% LOWER; reported Q1 EPS of $0.32, in-line with the analyst estimate of $0.32. Revenue for the quarter came in at $94.9 million versus the consensus estimate of $91.59 million. Sees Q2 2011 revenue of $80-$90 million, versus the consensus of $93.7 million.

Conceptus, Inc. (NASDAQ: CPTS) 17.2% LOWER; reported Q1 EPS of ($0.09), $0.04 worse than the analyst estimate of ($0.05). Revenue for the quarter came in at $26.6 million versus the consensus estimate of $32.41 million. Reaffirms Outlook.

Globecomm (Nasdaq: GCOM) 16.8% HIGHER; trading higher amid rumors from DealReporter that the company has hired JPMorgan to advise on a possible sale. The stock hasn't been over $15 since late 2007.

Mattson Technology, Inc. (NASDAQ: MTSN) 15.8% LOWER; has priced a 6.8 million common offering at $1.80 per share. The price is a 19 percent discount to the closing price of $2.22 yesterday.

China Yuchai International Limited (NYSE: CYD) 13.8% LOWER; reported Q1 EPS of $0.94, versus $1.07 reported last year. Revenue for the quarter came in at $645.5 million, versus $742.7 million reported last year. Approved the payment of a dividend of $0.50 per ordinary share, $2.00 annualized. China Yuchai also approved a special dividend of $1.00 per ordinary share on May 31, 2011 to shareholders of record as of the close of business on May 23, 2011, with an ex-dividend date of May 19, 2011.

Imperial Sugar Company (NASDAQ: IPSU) 13.2% HIGHER; reported Q2 EPS of $0.34, $0.56 better than the analyst estimate of ($0.22). Revenue for the quarter came in at $192.17 million versus the consensus estimate of $143.49 million.

Wave Systems Corp (NASDAQ: WAVX) 12.4% LOWER; reported Q1 EPS of ($0.03), versus ($0.01) reported last year. Revenue for the quarter came in at $7.48 million, versus $5.87 million reported last year.

Allos Therapeutics (NASDAQ: ALTH) 11.3% LOWER; reported Q1 EPS of ($0.14), $0.01 better than the analyst estimate of ($0.15).
