FBR Capital reiterates an 'Outperform' on TD Ameritrade (NASDAQ: AMTD), PT $25.
FBR analyst says, "TD Ameritrade remains our favorite name among the online brokers as the company continues to post industry-leading trading activity and top-tier organic growth, driving cash flows higher and providing management with significant flexibility to return capital back to shareholders through buybacks, dividends, and additional M&A. Earnings would certainly get a boost from higher rates, but we expect meaningful growth is not dependent on it. We also expect the shares to garner a higher valuation multiple over time given the company's consistent strength in gathering new client assets."
"We are maintaining our FY11 and FY12 EPS estimates of $1.12 and $1.45, respectively, with stronger trading activity offsetting weaker net interest income."
