Goldman Sachs initiates coverage on Cosan (NYSE: CZZ) with a Buy rating and $15.70 price target.
Elevated fuel prices and concerns over climate change support a strong growth for the Brazilian S&E sector, Goldman noted.
"Cosan offers a unique combination of assets that should capture opportunities in the sector better than those of non-integrated producers," the analyst said. "As operations become more complex, the advantages of Cosan's vertically integrated assets increase, and we believe these benefits are not well understood or priced in."
