Deutsche Bank downgraded Telefonica S.A. (NYSE: TEF) from Buy to Hold. PT lowered from €19.7 to €18.5.

Deutsche analyst says, "On reflection TEF's CMD lacked key catalysts and guidance leads us to decrease earnings and mid-term cash flow. We continue to appreciate TEF's longer-term prospects for growth and shareholder returns but near-term catalysts are limited and operational performance through H1 should be subdued."
