Nomura Securities maintains a 'Neutral' on Windstream (NASDAQ: WIN).

Nomura analyst, Mike McCormack, said, "EBITDA came in with a slight beat, with revenue inline and strong HSI net adds. While we are encouraged by EBITDA margin expansion, and expect out year cash flow to be assisted by reduced capital requirements, we expect Windstream's traditional shareholder base to be concerned with the uptick in 2011 spending. We appreciate Windstream's strategy of revenue diversification, but with many different strategic initiatives, we expect reduced FCF guidance to weigh on the shares until more comfort can be gained regarding capex trajectory. Nonetheless, with shares trading at a 7.6% dividend yield, and a 10.5% cash flow yield, we expect reasonable downside support."
