FBR Capital maintains an 'Outperform' on Finish Line (NASDAQ: FINL), raises PT from $23 to $24.
FBR analyst says, "We continue to think the athletic footwear product cycle supports solid fundamentals for The Finish Line, as the retailer is highly levered to the trends favoring premium/technical merchandise. Continued sales momentum, coupled with subsequent leverage and ongoing cost-control initiatives, supports a robust earnings profile with the potential for upside to current Street estimates. With a pristine balance sheet ($5.60/share in cash, no debt) and discounted valuation relative to the peer group, we believe that the risk/reward dynamic remains favorable, but execution against stiffening compares, peaking margins, and productive deployment of cash will be critical in supporting further appreciation in the stock."
