FBR Capital maintains an 'Outperform' on Gaylord Entertainment (NYSE: GET), PT lowered from $44 to $42.
FBR analyst says, "Gaylord Entertainment is primarily a hotel owner/operator with four key assets in Tennessee, Orlando, Dallas, and Washington D.C. We believe the company remains well positioned to benefit from continuation of improvement in the group segment as groups represent nearly 80% of room nights sold at Gaylord Entertainment’s hotels...Following Gaylord’s 1Q earnings, we are lowering our 2011 consolidated cash flow (CCF) estimate of $234 million to $226 million while maintaining our 2012 estimate of $260 million."
