FBR Capital maintains an 'Outperform' on Hyatt Hotels (NYSE: H), lowers PT by $1 to $48.

FBR analyst says, "We believe that H will benefit from improving supply and demand trends and that this stock will outperform the peer group during the next 12 months due to a combination of valuation that is now attractive, in our opinion, and EBITDA expectations that appear realistic. Giving us confidence in now recommending the stock is our belief that forward bookings continue to be very strong. Also, any overhang from the shelf registration to sell up to 19 million shares is likely already priced into the stock."

"Our 2011 and 2012 adjusted EBITDA estimates go to $531 million from $561 million and to $667 million from $687 million, respectively. Our 2011 and 2012 EPS estimates go to $0.35 from $0.38 and to $0.87 from $0.89, respectively."
