FBR Capital maintains a 'Market Perform' on Diamondrock Hospitality (NYSE: DRH), PT $12.

FBR analyst says, "DiamondRock’s positives include high-quality assets located in urban and resort destinations, a moderately attractive dividend yield of approximately 3%, a well-reputed and seasoned management team, sourcing relationship with Marriott, and a strong balance sheet. We do not, however, find valuation overly compelling at this time."

"Following DiamondRock Hospitality Company’s 1Q results, we are increasing our 2011 AFFO/share estimate to $0.63 from $0.62, which accounts for higher interest expense and slightly stronger margin improvements in 3Q–4Q. We are, however, lowering our 2012 AFFO to $0.83 from $0.85 previously on higher interest expense expectations."
