Nomura Securities reaffirms a 'Buy' on Baidu (NASDAQ: BIDU), PT increased to $175.
Nomura analyst, Jin Yoon, says, "However, the company gave strong 2Q11F guidance that implies 32.6-35.5% q-q revenue growth, 6.6% above our original estimates. We still believe that Baidu’s revenue growth momentum remains very strong. We reaffirm our BUY call and lift our price target to US$175 on the heels on strength in the advertising market and the company’s exposure to e-commerce and online video."
