UBS maintains a 'Neutral' on Southwestern Energy (NYSE: SWN), PT increased from $44 to $46.

UBS analyst says, "1Q CFPS beat expectations on higher than expected production...We raised our '11/'12 CFPS estimates to $4.80/$6.40 from $4.70/$6.00."

"We believe key items to watch out for in 2011 include: 1) disclosure of size (~491,000 at last count) and location (Utica?) of New Ventures acreage; 2)
results from at least 1 exploration well planned on its New Ventures acreage, 3) progression of Marcellus development, and 4) Evaluation of an MLP or other strategic options to maximize value for its midstream assets."
