Ticonderoga maintains a 'Buy' on D.R. Horton (NYSE: DHI), PT $14.50.
Ticonderoga analyst says, "Our first take on DHI’s release is net positive in a somewhat muted manner. We believe the Street should interpret this release in a fairly benign way, as we just do not see any data points that get us overtly excited either direction. Given the weak market and generally disappointing builder earnings to date this quarter, we believe this result should put some wind under DHI’s sails."
