ClickSoftware (CKSW) Tops Q1 EPS by 1c; Affirms Outlook; Approves Qtr. Dividends

ClickSoftware Technologies Ltd. (NASDAQ: CKSW) reported Q1 EPS of $0.10, $0.01 better than the analyst estimate of $0.09. Revenue for the quarter came in at $19.3 million versus the consensus estimate of $18.5 million.

ClickSoftware also announced today that on April 27, 2011, its Board of Directors approved the distribution of a $0.32 per share dividend to be paid quarterly in four equal amounts over the next four quarters.

Affirms outlook.
