Ethan Allen Interiors (ETH) Misses Q3 EPS by 3c; Declares $0.07 Qtr. Dividend; 1.1% Yield

Ethan Allen Interiors (NYSE: ETH) reported Q3 EPS of $0.07, $0.03 worse than the analyst estimate of $0.10. Revenue for the quarter came in at $162.8 million versus the consensus estimate of $161.74 million.

Ethan Allen has declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.07 per share, $0.28 annualized.

The dividend will be payable to shareholders of record as of July 11, 2011 and will be paid on July 25, 2011, with an ex-dividend date of July 21, 2011.

Yield on the dividend is 1.1 percent.
