Penn Virginia Resource Partners LP (NYSE: PVR) reported Q1 EPS of $0.17, $0.15 worse than the analyst estimate of $0.32. Revenue for the quarter came in at $253.53 million versus the consensus estimate of $199.9 million.
The Board of Directors of Penn Virginia Resource GP, LLC, the general partner of PVR, declared a quarterly cash distribution of $0.48 per unit, $1.92 annualized. The distribution is a 2.1 percent increase from the current rate of $0.47.
The distribution is payable on May 13, 2011 to unitholders of record as of May 6, 2011, with an ex-dividend date of May 4, 2011.
Yield on the distribution is 6.9 percent.
