TradeStation Group, Inc. (Nasdaq: TRAD) 30.6% HIGHER; announced an agreement to be acquired by Japan's Monex Group, Inc. for $9.75 per share in cash, or approximately $411 million.

Select Comfort Corporation (Nasdaq: SCSS) 28.6% HIGHER; reported Q1 EPS of $0.30, $0.11 better than the analyst estimate of $0.19. Revenue for the quarter came in at $193.1 million versus the consensus estimate of $166.56 million. Raises its FY11 EPS guidance from $0.68-$0.74 to $0.85-$0.93, versus the consensus of $0.71.

Neptune Technologies (Nasdaq: NEPT) 24.6% HIGHER; technicians are all over this stock today as shares have broken above a resistance level at $3. The stock hasn't been over this level since late 2008.

Revenue for the quarter came in at $1.2 million versus the consensus estimate of $1.18 billion.

Geokinetics (AMEX: GOK) 19.1% HIGHER; the stock has continued moving higher throughout today's session following a registration with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission last night to sell, from time to time, up to 3,318,616 shares of Common Stock on behalf of Selling Shareholders. Geokinetics will not receive proceeds from the sale.

Kongzhong Corp. (Nasdaq: KONG) 8.4% LOWER; could be seeing some movement following downgrade of peer Sina (Nasdaq: SINA) to Hold at Goldman Sachs. Sina is down 6 percent today.

Teva Pharmaceutical Industries Limited (Nasdaq: TEVA) 6.8% LOWER; moving lower today stemming from Biogen Idec (Nasdaq: BIIB) results on BG-12 for multiple sclerosis.
