Cash America (CSH) Tops Q1 EPS by 6c; Increases FY11 EPS Outlook; Declares 3.5c Dividend; 0.3% Yield

Cash America International, Inc. (NYSE: CSH) reported Q1 EPS of $1.13, $0.06 better than the analyst estimate of $1.07. Revenue for the quarter came in at $355.2 million versus the consensus estimate of $344 million.

Increases FY2011 EPS outlook to $4.16 - $4.30, versus the consensus of $4.18.

Cash America has declared a quarterly dividend of $0.035 per share, $0.14 annualized.

The dividend will be paid at the close of business on May 18, 2011 to shareholders of record on May 4, 2011. The ex-dividend date is May 2, 2011.

Yield on the dividend is 0.3%.
