Nomura Securities maintains a 'Neutral' on Intel (NASDAQ: INTC), PT increased from $22 to $23.

Nomura analyst, Romit Shah, says, "INTC reported revenue of $12.8bn and EPS of $0.56, which was well ahead of our estimate of $11.7bn/$0.47. The better-than-expected results benefited from several one-time gains including: no lost revenue from the Sandy Bridge chipset (+$300mn), an extra week, channel refill, and higher ASPs. INTC delivered double-digit growth and higher margins in every product category and region in 1Q; however, we remain unconvinced that PC demand is improving. Given these factors, we believe Intel has set a high bar for 2H11. Increase ests from $0.41 to $0.50 in 2Q, $1.95 to $2.30 in 2011, and $1.95 to $2.25 in 2012."
