Citadel Securities upgraded Intel (NASDAQ: INTC) from Neutral to Add. PT increased from $23 to $25.
Citadel analyst says, "...We are also raising our 2011 and 2012 EPS estimates to $2.12 and $2.30 (Street at $2.03 and $2.20, respectively). The crux of our upgrade: ASPs look set to surprise to the upside through the course of the year. Additionally, our processor unit estimates tick higher - as we derate the threats from both tablets and AMD (NYSE: AMD). Lastly, we expect GMs to rise more than forecasted, given rising ASPs and declining unit costs."
