FBR Capital reiterates an 'Outperform' on URS Corp (NYSE: URS), PT $60.
FBR analyst says, "Earlier this week, URS hosted an analyst/investor meeting in its San Francisco headquarters. Management provided updates on its end markets, reiterating its outlooks for the segments. In our opinion, the most important takeaway was management's confidence in its business, with some early signs of growth appearing within the power and industrial/commercial segments. Cash flow generation has been solid even through the recession and will continue to be a main focus for URS. Management is still looking to grow its international business (within and outside of the Scott Wilson acquisition), expand its oil and gas and power (transmission and distribution) capabilities, and continue to build out its infrastructure businesses in certain U.S. markets. We also believe 2012–2013 could be a period in which all four of URS's end markets are growing, which could drive improving revenue growth and improved margins."
