Deutsche Bank initiates coverage on Regeneron Pharma (NASDAQ: REGN) with a Buy.

Deutsche analyst says, "We see Regeneron as having two key core assets: 1) VEGF Trap-Eye that is being developed with Bayer for age-related macular degeneration (AMD), and 2) an antibody development program with Sanofi-Aventis. We believe the Street is underestimating the cash flow these two businesses will bring in over the next 5 years. We are initiating coverage of REGN with a BUY based on our expectation that VEGF Trap-Eye will take 15% global share and bring in $2B+, and the antibody platform will generate $4B by 2025E (25% probability-adjusted)."
