In Monday's after-hours session, Gilford Securities downgraded shares of Celanese (NYSE: CE) from Hold to Sell.
The firm cited the stock's extremely sharp 70 percent gain over the last nine months, "but not on upward earnings revision, just upward revaluation..." Gilford believes a slowdown in China could be unfolding for 2011, a development which could harm operations over the near-term.
