Clarient Enters Partnership to Distribute CombiMatrix's (CBMX) DNAarray Products

CombiMatrix Corporation (Nasdaq: CBMX) enters into strategic partnership with Clarient, Inc., a GE Healthcare Company (NYSE: GE), that allows Clarient the right to commercialize the CombiMatrix DNAarray product portfolio.

The relationship grants Clarient exclusive rights to commercialize oncology-related tests among commercial laboratories, based on certain minimum levels of sales.
