Deutsche Bank downgraded Bruker (NASDAQ: BRKR) from Buy to Hold.

Deutsche analyst says, "Shares of BRKR have appreciated 44% over the past 12 months and ~28% YTD vs. an increase in the S&P 500 of 12% and 6%, respectively. BRKR now trades at a PE of 20x based on consensus FY12 EPS est. of $1.07, vs. the peer group range of 12-17x. We now see limited EPS upside vs. our FY11 forecast of $1.00 (above mgmt. guidance of $0.90-0.93) given tough stimulus comps and anemic outlook for government/academic research budgets. Given fair risk-reward at current valuation level, we are downgrading BRKR to Hold."
