S&P Announces Changes to Indices: OIS for NAL in MidCap 400, LPSN for OIS in SmallCap 600

S&P SmallCap 600 constituent Oil States International Inc. (NYSE: OIS) will replace NewAlliance Bancshares Inc. (NYSE: NAL) in the S&P MidCap 400 index, and LivePerson Inc. (NASDAQ: LPSN) will replace Oil States International in the S&P SmallCap 600 index after the close of trading on Thursday, April 14, 2011. S&P MidCap 400 constituent First Niagara Financial Group Inc. (NASDAQ: FNFG) is acquiring NewAlliance in a deal expected to be completed on or about that date pending final approvals.
