Nomura Securities maintains a 'Neutral' on Intel (NASDAQ: INTC).

Nomura analyst, Romit Shah, says, "Intel announced two new series of Xeon server processors based on Sandy Bridge architecture on 32nm process – Xeon E7 for mission critical apps and Xeon E3 for single-CPU workstations and entry-level servers. While Intel owned 93% server processor unit share and 95% revenue share in 4Q 2010, we expect AMD to be more competitive in the server market when it ships the Bulldozer core later this year. In the near term, we expect Intel to report 1Q11 revenue below management’s guidance of $11.7bn and guide 2Q sales below consensus driven by weak global PC demand."
