CapLease, Inc. (NYSE: LSE) has priced a 10 million common stock offering at $5.60 per share.
Closing is expected April 5, 2011. CapLease has granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 1,500,000 shares of common stock to cover over-allotments, if any.
The price is a 3.6% discount to yesterday's closing price of $5.81.
