Ameristar Casinos, Inc. (Nasdaq: ASCA) has commenced a cash tender offer for any and all of the outstanding $650 million aggregate principal amount of its 9 1/4% Senior Notes due 2014 (CUSIP Nos. 03070QAL5 and 03070QAK7) and a solicitation of consents to certain proposed amendments to the indenture governing the Notes.
