Credit Suisse is maintaining their Outperform rating on shares of IHS Inc. (NYSE: IHS) as their organic growth makes their estimates seem really conservative. With the company reporting their quarterly earning with their revenue slightly above the firms expectations and their EPS inline with them, Credit Suisse is raising their price target to $95 from $90.
The company experienced a revenue growth of 22.5% y/y with an organic growth of 9%. IHS reiterated their guidance with an EBITDA range of $378-$388 million, but with the amount of growth that the company is currently experiencing the figures seem relatively low. Credit Suisse is maintaining their 2011 EPS estimate of $3.40. IHS did increase their total revenue guidance to $1.23-$1.26 billion from $1.21-$1.25 billion.
