Bloomberg reported that International Business Machines Corp. (NYSE: IBM) is now being sued by the SEC for alleged bribes (money & gifts) to officials in China and South Korea from 1998 to 2009. If so this will be in violation of the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act.
This was alleged today in a lawsuit filed in Washington by the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission.
