Solar stocks are continuing higher today as the nuclear crisis in Japan escalates. According to some watchdogs, the crisis has been upgraded to a 6 on a scale of 1-7. Today, Germany has closed seven nuclear reactors built before 1980.
Some see solar as an effective way to subsidize energy needs if nuclear plants are taken offline and future projects are canceled.
